Vor über 30 Jahren hatte Ante die Vision, seine Heimat deutschen Gästen näherzubringen. Er kaufte das Haus als Rohbau, konnte die Fertigstellung jedoch nicht mehr erleben – er verstarb 1997. Seine Familie führte seinen Traum weiter und benannte das Haus nach ihm und seinen Liebsten: ALBA (Ante – Lucija – Brigita – Anita).
Seit 1998 dürfen wir Gäste aus aller Welt bei uns willkommen heißen. Gastfreundschaft liegt uns im Blut: Viele Jahre führten wir parallel ein Restaurant mit kroatischen Spezialitäten in Deutschland und unsere Ferienwohnungen in Podstrana. Seit 2010 leben wir fest vor Ort und widmen uns ganz unseren Feriengästen. Wir begleiten Sie persönlich – vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise. Mit Tipps, Insiderwissen und einem offenen Ohr. Wir wohnen selbst in der Pension, sind präsent und möchten keine anonymen Vermieter sein, sondern Gastgeber mit Herz.
Unser familiäres Team ALBA sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich rundum wohlfühlen: Lucija ist Ihre Gastgeberin vor Ort, Brigita unterstützt mit Ausflugstipps, Anita begeistert sportliche Gäste, Mandy ist unsere mehrsprachige Allrounderin und Julia bringt Herzlichkeit, gute Gespräche und ihren Hund Ludwig mit. Unser Ziel ist eine entspannte, sorgenfreie Atmosphäre – und dass Sie Kroatien mit all seinen Facetten erleben: Meer, Landschaft, gutes Essen und echte Gastfreundschaft.

More than 30 years ago, Ante had a vision: to share his homeland with guests from Germany and around the world. He purchased the house as a shell, but sadly never lived to see it completed, as he passed away in 1997. His family fulfilled his dream and named the house ALBA after their loved ones: Ante – Lucija – Brigita – Anita.
Since 1998, we have been welcoming guests from all over the world. Hospitality runs in our blood. For many years, we operated a Croatian restaurant in Germany alongside our holiday apartments in Podstrana. Since 2010, we have been living permanently in Podstrana and dedicating ourselves fully to our guests.
We personally take care of you from your first inquiry until your departure. We live in the guesthouse ourselves and are always available with insider tips, advice, and a helping hand. We are not anonymous landlords – we are hosts with heart.

Prije više od 30 godina Ante je imao viziju – želio je gostima iz Njemačke i cijelog svijeta pokazati svoju domovinu. Kupio je kuću u roh-bau fazi, ali nažalost nije dočekao njezino dovršenje, jer je preminuo 1997. godine. Njegova obitelj ostvarila je njegov san i kuću nazvala ALBA, prema imenima najdražih: Ante – Lucija – Brigita – Anita.
Od 1998. godine s veseljem ugošćujemo goste iz cijelog svijeta. Gostoprimstvo nam je u krvi. Dugi niz godina vodili smo restoran s hrvatskim specijalitetima u Njemačkoj, paralelno s našim apartmanima u Podstrani. Od 2010. godine stalno živimo u Podstrani i u potpunosti smo posvećeni našim gostima.
Brinemo se o vama osobno – od prvog kontakta do odlaska. Živimo u istoj kući i uvijek smo vam na raspolaganju s korisnim savjetima, lokalnim preporukama i toplom dobrodošlicom. Nismo anonimni iznajmljivači, već domaćini sa srcem.
Naš obiteljski Tim ALBA stvara opuštenu i ugodnu atmosferu kako bi vaš boravak bio što ljepši.
Naš je cilj da uživate u bezbrižnom odmoru i kući se vratite s predivnim uspomenama na Hrvatsku – njezino more, jedinstvene krajolike, odličnu hranu i poznato gostoprimstvo.
